Bath Salts





To revitalize your tired muscles


1 cup sea salt


1 cup baking soda


1 cup inexpensive shampoo


Fill bath tub half full of warm water. Pour the ingredients into the tub and then add more water, swirling it around with your hand to spread out the bubbles.

BATH OIL


Soothing and a great skin softener
1 cup honey


2 cups milk


1 cup sea salt or plain salt


¼ cup baking soda


½ cup baby oil


In a large bowl, combine the honey, milk, sea salt, and baking soda; stir well. Pour the mixture into a tub filled with warm water, add the baby oil and mix well.
